2. Reservation and Payment
Reservation:
Guests can book rooms at Bonita Luxury Resort through our website, by phone, or through authorized travel agencies. A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a specified deposit or upon confirmation of payment by us.
Payment:
All reservations must be paid in full before arrival, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods such as bank transfer.
Cancellation Policies:
Standard Cancellation:
If a guest cancels their reservation 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, they are entitled to cancel within 48 hours and receive a 25% refund of the payment made.
Immediate Cancellation:
If a guest makes a reservation within 5 days prior to the arrival date, they are not entitled to cancel, regardless of individual or personal issues. This policy is in accordance with maintaining the economic stability of the business, and in this case, the payment will not be refunded.
Acceptance of Reservation:
Bonita Luxury Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if the required conditions for booking are not met, or in the event of any extraordinary situation. Guests will be promptly informed if such changes occur.
3. Arrival and Stay
Arrival:
Guests are welcome to check in at Bonita Luxury Resort from 14:00 to 23:00. For any arrivals after the scheduled time, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth and comfortable welcome.
Stay:
Guests may stay until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you require a longer stay, please contact the reception to check availability and rates for extending your stay.

If you have any specific requests, such as a room for the elderly, food allergies, or a need for special assistance, please inform us prior to your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of Reservations:
For reservations made 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, guests have the right to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the booking date. In this case, 15% of the total payment will be refunded.
For reservations made immediately up to 5 days prior to arrival, cancellation of the reservation is not possible. This policy applies regardless of individual or personal reasons, as it may harm the business’s economy. In this case, payment will not be refunded.
No-show Policy:
If the guest does not show up on the reserved date, full payment penalties will apply for the entire reserved stay.
Notice:
Please note that cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to our contact address. We will confirm the receipt of your cancellation request and inform you of the appropriate procedures.
